SwissDTx could be used to provide service members with optional psychological support and self-guided tools to strengthen everyday resilience.
Civil and Defense service can be physically demanding. Service members across military and civil protection units face demanding environments, strict routines, and significant social and emotional stressors. Access to mental-health professionals is often limited — and stigma still prevents many from seeking help early.
SwissDTx could be used to deliver a blended resilience-training program that strengthens mental fitness across all levels of service. Through app-based exercises, psychoeducation, and guided self-help modules, soldiers could build coping skills and emotional balance — anytime, anywhere. Combined with in-person workshops, the program could support continuous learning, early intervention, and a culture of mental readiness.
Service members could access the SwissDTx app to complete short resilience modules on stress, sleep, or emotional control. Instructors could introduce key topics during group sessions, while digital exercises would keep engagement active between trainings. Self-assessments and reflections could provide ongoing support throughout and beyond the service period.
